RubyConf is one of the largest and longest-running gatherings for the Ruby community running every year since 2001. Due to the pandemic, this year’s edition went online-only, just as many other conferences.
While there are many interesting topics to talk about, I will focus on the main takeaways from the keynote by Yukihiro Matsumoto (Matz), the creator of Ruby, where he spoke about the future of Ruby.
